Using ASHE to examine trends in low pay: initial exploration of the data (WED policy paper, November 2020)
This is the first policy paper by researchers from the Wage & Employment Dynamics project. It explores the use of the the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE) 2004-2019 dataset to determine time-series estimates of the percentage of minimum wage jobs, low paid and ‘high paid’ jobs. This paper was presented to the Low Pay Commission.
Drug-related deaths in Northern Ireland: Findings (March 2020)
Findings from research by NISRA (ADR Northern Ireland) using the Northern Ireland Mortality Study (NIMS), which links the 2011 Census to subsequent deaths until 2017, provides novel, socio-demographic insights into drug-related deaths in Northern Ireland.
