What is our mission?

ADR UK works in partnership with UK and devolved governments to safely link and open up data generated from people’s interactions with public services, making it securely available to accredited researchers.

These researchers can use the de-identified data for approved projects in the public interest, from answering pressing policy questions to evaluating interventions in practice. Research covers critical themes, from economic growth, to outcomes for young people and responding to the climate emergency.

To further support our mission, we host public panels to inform our work, provide researcher training and community building, and fund fellowships using administrative data.

Our comprehensive programme ensures that administrative data is used for public good.
