The course covers:

  • Key data cleaning routines
  • Accessing the NPD.

By the end of the course participants will:

  • Be familiar with the structure of NPD
  • Understand the strengths and limitations of the data available
  • Know where to go to find more detailed information
  • Know how to apply for access.

This course is suitable to anyone intending to undertake quantitative research on the school system in England. No prior knowledge of the NPD or statistical code is required to access the course.

Please note that this course is being run over 2 consecutive mornings (10:00-13:00).

Fees:

  • £35 for registered students
