ADR Wales recognised for excellence in cross-government collaboration
ADR UK is delighted to share that ADR Wales has been shortlisted for one of the UK Civil Service’s most respected honours. The nomination recognises outstanding collaboration across government and academia – an achievement that reflects the strength and impact of the ADR UK partnership model.
The Civil Service Awards, now in their 20th year, celebrate innovation, leadership, and excellence across government, with this year’s competition attracting more than 2,500 nominations across ten categories.
ADR Wales has been named a finalist in the Collaboration Award category, which celebrates cross-government working that demonstrates integrity, objectivity, and tangible public benefit. The team has been recognised for enabling secure access to high-value linked datasets and generating evidence that informs policy across areas such as substance misuse treatment, mental health support in schools, homelessness prevention, and offender behaviour programmes.
This recognition highlights the power of data-driven research to improve public services and deliver value for citizens. We are proud to see ADR Wales work acknowledged at a national level, and look forward to the winners being announced in December.
